Instructions
- Preheat: Prepare the barbecue for cooking using indirect medium-high heat (230°C-260°C) and preheat as directed.

- Preheat: Prepare the barbecue for cooking using indirect medium-high heat (220°C-260°C). Set up your barbecue with a convection tray and a roasting trivet and preheat as directed.

- Preheat: Prepare the charcoal barbecue for cooking using indirect medium-high heat (230°C-260°C).

- Preheat: Prepare your barbecue for cooking using indirect medium-high heat (260°C-290°C).

- Season: Coat the chicken wings with sesame oil and Weber All Purpose Rub. Toss to coat.
- Roast: Once the barbecue has preheated, brush the cooking grills clean with a heatproof grill brush. Roast the wings over indirect medium-high heat, with the lid closed, for 25-35 minutes, or until golden in colour.
- Roast: Once the barbecue has preheated, place your wings ono the trivet. Roast the wings over indirect medium-high heat, with the lid closed, for 25-35 minutes, or until golden in colour.
- Roast: Once the barbecue has preheated, brush the cooking grills clean with a heatproof grill brush. Place the wings in the centre of the cooking grill, between the two charcoal baskets. Roast the wings over indirect medium-high heat, with the lid closed, for 25-35 minutes, or until golden in colour.
- Roast: Once your barbecue has preheated to the set temperature, brush the cooking grills clean with a heatproof grill brush. Roast the wings over indirect medium-high heat, with the lid closed, for 25-35 minutes, or until golden in colour.
- Honey Drizzle: Using tongs, remove the wings from the barbecue and place them into a heatproof bowl. Drizzle the honey over and sprinkle with sesame seeds, then toss to coat the wings.
- Final Roast: Return the wings to the barbecue to roast for a final 10 minutes, or until deep golden. Reserve the honey bowl unless you have any concerns the wings may not yet have been cooked through.
- Serve: Remove the wings from the barbecue and return them to the honey bowl. Finish with a light drizzle of toasted sesame oil. If you have a sweet tooth, you may also like to also drizzle over a little extra honey. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with spring onion. Serve immediately.
